Some family members are ungrateful. I had my stockpile ready for the pandemic and they wanted to come over and take my stuff! It's not my problem that they weren't prepared 😒

I have been having back and knee issues pretty bad. My fishing pond and blueberry patch had grown up to the point a riding mower would have had trouble mowing it. My nephew's ex wife (who is still family to me, just not to him) came to pick some berries. She also brought a weed whacker/eater and worked for 3 or 4 hours clean around the blueberry bushes. She had a coworker's husband come with his tractor and bushhog(heavy duty cutter) and clean around the pond. Neither wanted anything. Needless to say, I gave loaded them down with coupon stuff. They were very appreciative as was I. This is how it is supposed to be, not a get all you can out of someone attitude.

I am so thankful for my family, because they have never once asked me for anything from my stockpile. When my family comes over or my parents tell our family members about my couponing they always say "you have to teach me", "show me how to do it". Never have they tried to ask me for anything. I always tell them if yall ever need anything just ask. I even helped my Aunts boyfriend save over $40 one day because i was out couponing with my sister and we ran into him and his cart was to the top full of school supplies ( he does backpacks with school supplies for kids who need them) and I asked him do you plan on using coupons for all that, he said no what coupons. I looked at him and was like I got you. We ended up, behind him while he was checking out, and he was like "thank you, so much you helped me save alot of money". It blows my mind how some people try to take advantage of there own family members.

So much time is spent getting deals together, especially when items are sold out, and you have to recalculate your deals. And some of us don't have the ECB's or Points to make these deals almost free, so we do spent money out of pocket. "No", is a complete sentence, no explanation is needed.

My friend babysit for me earlier this year. When I came home, she asked me for hand sanitizer, alcohol and clorox wipes. All located inside my laundry room (closed) cabinets. We occasionally cleaned houses together in the past where I paid her $25/hr. She constantly made fun of me for using clorox wipes and said she didn't think they worked. Cue the pandemic and now that they're a hot commodity, she suddenly has to have them. I don't know if she thinks I'm that stupid to not know that she went through my cabinets but she can wonder all she wants since she won't be stepping into my home again.

I learned my lesson a couple of years ago. My sister in law 's family said they were broke. I bought them 2 weeks worth of groceries for her family of 6. Later I learned she and family went two vacations. One a cruise to the Bahamas and the other to Door County. I also learned she had lied to other family members to get "help" so they could have extra cash for their trips.

I’m very grateful that my family is very appreciative for everything I give them. They’re very aware of how hard it is to get everything. And just because you got it for free or cheap it’s still your stuff and it’s so much hard work.

Only certain people know I coupon. Yes I help my kids but I have boxes with the family name on it, so when I go couponing it goes in there box. If it's free or mm and I don't want or use it goes straight to the blessing boxes in town. So when I go see my kids I take there box to them. I keep my stockpile on the low. Not many people know! I sale my stuff sometimes, so I had a customer that kept coming back which is great until it hit me that I was pretty much her personal shopper. She wanted deals 2 or 3 times a week, but when she started requesting certain items...pricier items. I kept telling her we don't get cpns for those type of items, she would almost get mad. I had to cut her off. Not all business is good/healthy business.

I love you made this video because you are so right! We put in a lot of time, stress, and some money into couponing so its not "free" items. I use store money to lower my oop to literally .00 or just pay taxes or pennies... depends on the store BUT I'm still paying something with real money. So I agree with you. A lot of people think its all "free" BUT no, its a lot of work and your own. I'm currently teaching my 2 older sisters but keep it in the hush. Thank you for this video 💗👍

Yesss thank you for this. I have tried to show others how to coupon they refuse to learn and want from my stock pile. If they aren't willing to learn I will charge them more than what I paid to compensate for my time but less than the store.

At the start of the pandemic I gave bundles away to several needy families. It felt great to be able to help. But now people want more stuff for free. They just dont understand the time and effort.
