GRAZIE RAGAZZI e buona domenica a tuti. finalmente qualcosa in comune lo abbiamo trovato. Questa tipologia di video mi piace e vedo anche a voi :-) bene, io direi di cominciare a lavorare alla prossima serie 4K legata al' informazione, ho tante cose da condividere con voi che non saprei da dove cominciare. Excellent advice thank you for providing and renewing this information. When we don't use the skills we had once learned
its easy to forget that which we once knew well must, again be reviewed & sometimes we may have to relearned or refresh our
memories with updated skills & knowledge. Its nothing to ignore we all get rusty when we haven't
Preformed a task for several yrs
months weeks. Hey I have had to retrain new hires who went to lunch came back and couldn't remember a damn thing after lunch. Stupid ? Lazy ? No ?
It was the teachers fault for not
testing the new hire with each task given. Before moving on
and overloading the new hire
with to much information to quickly. We knew they were new to the job & had no prior skills.
They're not going to tell us to slow down, they're excited and
are trying to keep up hoping we will train them properly.
Give them a chance to learn allow them to try & practice each task you have taught
them. Let them learn making
mistakes is human help them
to improve by showing them
the correct procedure adjust
the way they are holding the tools. No one plays a song
after the first piano/ guitar lesson it takes time don't
give up on those who wanted
the job, letting them go and
hiring another will never work.
We must be better teachers
& observers of those we are training it might be our way
of teaching others that requires adjusting. No reason to cause
them to fail to stroke our egos.
When they shine, it shows that
we did our job well, we will all
have employees to be proud
of when we do our job well.
Nice tips I will return where & how can we purchase the
Tools you used in the tutorial ?
I need all new tools I have filed and sanded all my tips ruining them I have also dunked my
Iron in water to cool it off quickly. Im a very bad boy who
Needed a refresher course in
soldering properly, and how to
treat my tools to get the best results. It takes a little time & practice, using the correct tips
solder and Irons. Just because
we haven't done the task for a while is no reason to slow down
and to do things the correct way
once the first time. ! instead of
wasting time, materials, and even damaging components
Or causing cold solder joints
check your work would you be
proud of the job you've done ?
Then make it right, fix your errors, get it done right the
first time you're the Pro !
