so one of the things thats a dead give away for the effets work is that there isn't a motion blur pass anywhere - adding a directional blur at the very least would help it alot - the other issue is of course matching the lighting - some CC on the plane element would really help to push it into the shots - be mindful of daylighting on the plane element - some vfx tips - quite a fun little piece.
