Wise's sharp smile and stare vs belle's much softer face. as well as the minor wording changes (nice work (belle) vs good work (wise)) it really helps the phaethon siblings feel...unique.

For me personally, I picked Belle because I liked the idea of Wise being your calm, mature mentor instead of Belle being your perky, upbeat assistant. (At least that's the vibe I got from seeing the comparison, that and I like Wise being my guide throughout the hollow, just feels like he knows what he's doing and can guide me through it. Also probably helps that personality wise I am pretty similar to Belle haha.)

fun fact you actually hear more dialogue from MC that you didnt choose because the ones you didnt choose will guide you throughout the story the one you chose has a choice dialogue most of the time so they only talk once in a while...I played as Belle I noticed how much Wise was talking compared to her
