This usually happens because you don't let the game save!! Whenever you add a new thing to ur house click on the door button to leave and then there's a screen saying "Saving". Let it load to the end and then you can exit the game!

A lot of people are saying that their items that they bought reset randomly, this has happened to me once and all you have to do is go to the shop, scroll down, and then u see restore purchases. pressing restore purchases allows you to get your items back without paying for them again. even if u deleted toca boca.

This is what happened to me, most of the time when I’m trying to load into something in Toca life, my screen just blinks to my home page, once it happens a few more times, if it happens, I just knew I lost my house and OC data AGAIN, and I will NOT play with the app for like a few days till I log in again 😤

Nah bc if I would get a notification before it would reset here are the things I'd grab skincare from stores, clothes (I have A LOT), my babies the ones that come from the hospital not in the character section, and my wallets and purses by the door, thank you for your time to read this❤😊
