In this video I'm explaining how to fix push notifications problem on your Huawei and Honor Devices. EMUI aggressive battery management is finally fixed and you can start receiving notifications from all your apps by disabling some battery optimizations.

To all the people that come here hoping this will fix notifications from apps that use Google Messaging Service: It won't.
This video is just about battery settings to prevent the phone from killing apps and a app that isn't running can't alert you. As for apps that use Google Messaging Service to push notifications like Snapchat: There is no fix. You need a phone with a proper Google Mobile Services install, not the hacked one on Huawei devices. (Ok, Snapchat can be downloaded from the Huawei Appgallery, it will then use HMS to notify you. But every app that uses GMS and isn't in Appgallery: You're fucked).

Where are you from ? Your English sounds like your native language is Slavic like Bulgarian. About the problem: if the solutions in this video don't help, in the secret menu at the end - settings>apps>apps>after the 4 points and special access just go to the unlimited data access, placed 7-8 rows down from battery optimization. On my Huawei Nova 9 that was the decision of the problem after trying all other things. Good luck and thank you for the video !

You can't fix notifications from Twitter and Discord. Because they are apps by Google, they need Google Services to allow notifications.
