These people don’t understand that taking action is not good enough. Boeing should be in crisis management mode, defined as having a crisis team on duty, right around the clock seven days a week, until their ‘actions’ can decisively tell the flying public that their problems are fixed. Sounds too dramatic? Tell that to those families that have lost loved ones to this company’s criminal acts.
