The “Was that really necessary” was at the perfect time. The reason why I say perfect time is because he said it not because of the blimp cuz the developers obviously didn’t expect you to fucking try cause another 9 11 but said it because Michael just recently robbed a jewellery store which, he wasn’t meant to.
