How Directors and Officers insurance works in practice: Lithuanian example

Insurance provider IIZI organized a seminar with law firm Sorainen on 26.05.2022, where the liability insurance of the board member was discussed using practical examples. This is a topic that has received little coverage in Estonia so far, but which personally concerns all members of the board.
