I’d like to submit an idea for one of your next battles— one player (ideally Wolfe) get the first and second stages of every evolution line in the game to play with, and the other player (ideally Aaron since he’s gotten a raw deal the last couple times) only gets third stage evolution Pokémon to play with. Each side picks their own team, and can violate item clause if they choose (1 to 2 stage player can run 6 eviolite Pokémon if they want, and vice versa for the 3 stage with whatever item they want). The battle would seem asymmetrical, since the pre evolution side would probably have to take a lower total base stat total overall, given the 3 stage player’s access to pseudo-legendaries, but the higher total number of Pokémon to select would allow the stage 2 player greater flexibility to compensate.
