I’ve been binge watching this channel for days now. I’m in my 3rd trimester and sleep is hard to come by, but these videos where you inaudibly whisper to yourself and just do really light movements put me to sleep every time. Idk what it is, but it works!!

Most other asmr relaxes me further when I am sleepy. Yours is the only channel that actually makes me feel like I’m in a trance while watching it, and it can take me from almost fully awake to asleep in 10 minutes or so. Thank you for putting so much time and creativity into your sounds and visual!
