An Extremely Emotional Song (99% You Will Cry!)

I usually don't do piano covers on this channel but this song is too special not to do. One of my favorite DJs, Gareth Emery's album came out last week and it's an incredible album with some of the most beautiful melodies. My favorite one is the crazy sad End of Days. The lyrics go, "You can break my heart in a thousand ways / But I'll still love you to the end of days."

This cover is divided into 3 acts:
Act I: "The Last Day" this section seeks to capture the turmoil of the ending days of a couple who realize they're at the end.
Act II: "Blood-Red Sky" this is the heaviest, most meaningful section. My aim was to tell the story of how even at the end, the couple still loved each other like crazy, despite how it was too late.
Act III: "Concrete Angel" we jump forward a few years. the two meet again and they realize that they are now strangers. The lyrics to Concrete Angel go, "I knew who you were from the start / But now I don't know who you are." All they have now are memories of their love.

I was listening to this the first second i was able to talk to her before she got into of open heart surgery and i told her how much i loved her and how much i will always love her snd when she woke up after the surgery i got her a boque of her favorite flowers and she started to cry so instead of sitting in her room all night i slept in the bed with her and it has been our favorite memory since and it makes me cry every time i hear this ❤

I didn’t cry from this. I was just sitting there thinking that I will carry myself through my piano classes to hopefully be playing the piano like you. This channel is giving me hope that I will be a good piano player one day so I can be a band teacher that truly knows how to play every instrument that you can play in all kinds of bands.
