The pool noodle under the furniture is brilliant. I am so tired of digging out balls and other toys from under the couch. And of course my lab only wants the ball that is under the couch.

The bowl with magnets underneath is brilliant! I'm a cardmaker with lots of small dies. This is a great solution to keep them contained while I'm working - I've "lost" too many on my desk!

I use the fitted sheet trick when I need to walk away from a craft project and don't want my cats to get into it!

You could use the magnetic bowl for tiny steel dies too. I use a magnetic bowl used for screws etc, I love that thing. Bonus is when I loose a die on my desk I just wave the bowl around and whoosh it reappears 😊

Great group of tips Norrine. We use the ice in the garbage disposal, but with baking soda as we don't keep lemons around the house. Lemon juice lasts longer for us. It's still keeps it smelling fresh.

Noreen I just wanted to thank you for your video on wire shelving for storage. My daughter and I bought two sets of shelving for our understairs cupboard and they are amazing. We can now see what we have and get to everything easily. You're a star.

The Pam spray works. Plus if you have little critter pets & a metal wheel they use that squeaks you can safely use the cooking oil without harming the pet

Great video Norinne! Here's another trick for you; my school secretary gave me this tip about thirty years ago when I started teaching, and it works. To keep cottage cheese fresh in the fridge MUCH longer than normal, well past the due date, turn it upside down. It really works!

The sock over the vacuum was new to me.
The pool noodles are a must for me now that I am a crafter. I use them in place of the floral foam for my arrangements but just used them in the bedroom for the first time.
Built a platform to go under a trundle bed to raise it up and slit a noodle. Using it to cover the edge of the platform to protect our shins and it locks the trundle in as well.

All of the hacks were new to me. :) Pool Noodle hacks are things I will try especially the one to save my toes!
