hi again Angus please how can you differentiate a 30mph and a 40mph I notice that sometimes its difficult to know when you are in a 40mph most especially.

Do you need to signal right when you are going to pass parked cars and you are going into the other lane? If so, do you need to signal back after you've passed the parked cars? Many thanks!
