just go this three weeks ago and the updates seance your review seems to solve all issues plus a tone of added features workouts ect. I got lifetime membership and that was a big pro. with Balck Friday sale I was $2500.00 all in. In my current situation workout space is at a premium and this was the golden ticket for me to start lifting again. I honestly love the thing. I still have adjustable Dumbells . My advice is if space is your issue get one. I know I will max out on the 220 for deadlifts and squats but that always has been an issue for me working out at home. But at 58 I am ok with just adding volume. This is for the average Joe who wants to get into shape and stay that way. not for a heavy body builder. Overall, I love it.

Always love and appreciate your content, even on things I have zero interest in purchasing! I look forward to Thursdays at noon, believe it or not.

I do miss the silly opening sequences though. I know they're a lot of work, but maybe throw us one once a month or something? 😁

Great review!

I know I am not the target audience for smart home technology, or VR or whatever virtual universe is being created these days. BUT, I do appreciate how companies are trying to reach more people that would like to be shown how to lift properly and who would rather lift in the privacy of their own homes than a commercial gym. Chips in plates, dumbells and barbells that count weight, reps, sets, RPE, form feedback AND is not intrusive is when I will personally be excited for the marriage between technology and strength training.

Seeing things like this -along with their added expenses makes me value the resistance band door gym I have with a deck of cards even more.

Great review!

I’m a tech guy at heart, so I love the idea of introducing tech into a garage gym space. I appreciate the innovation in that direction, but I think we are still in early development. These company’s remind me of Tesla. When Teslas first came out, they had amazing software but there hardware was lacking as they are not a car manufacturer. For me personally, I’m waiting for a the hardware quality of rogue or sorinex, to meet the software of peloton. For that, this isn’t for me but I can totally see the appeal. I have a buddy who has a tonal and I’ve used it and WOW, that thing is nice.

Man, your review was so thorough the sun went down completely XD. This machine might be a decent substitution for a 6k free motion life fitness cable machine.

I really think stuff like this and tonal seem like they would be awesome additions to my home gym, which is basically just free weight stuff like yours. Not sure either product is quite where I want it to be before I pull the trigger but I’m super intrigued none the less.

I've had a Tonal now for six months and it has been a game-changer me (someone who commuted to a gym). Tonal has a shit-ton of coach-guided pre-recorded and live workouts and pre-recorded "programs" (a series of workouts). Tonal keeps improving as well. In the last week they added an east coast studio and 5 new coaches for live workouts and added a new feature called Programs+ which allows you to dial up or down the duration/content of a workout in a program (to fit your day). It seems like Tonal is way ahead of Speediance if looking for coach-guided workouts. Tonal's achilleas heal is the wall-mount requirement which must be done by a 3rd party like XPO. Thanks Gluck!

Thank you for such a thorough review. I am going to get this over the Tonal. I dont have space for much and this is the best solution Ive seen

Great video, thank you for that! I was wondering, if you max out the weight on this machine for deadlifts or squats, to how much kg would you compare the max weight with a regular barbell and plates? Thank you!💪🏾🙌🏾

The biggest question I have is what will it be able to do without a subscription? Can you setup and track your own workouts? So many of these subscription based smart machines become nearly worthless if you end the subscription. Even if you like subscriptions, the chances of a company like this sticking around for 10 years isn't very good, and this is a big investment.

Your videos are the best. Keep seeing ads for this on Facebook. Do wish they would make something like this for a smart phone that used the camera to watch your form with your own equipment.

Great review, not my thing but anything that will get folks lifting, even if it’s not clanging and banging, I’m all for it.

Right now I have a walkout basement and space is not an issue so I have a squat rack, bumper plates, assault bike, kettlebells and other smaller equipment.

The only way I could see myself buying this is if I lived in a smaller apartment at an expensive city. But I would have to try one first. This could be a long term solution. Short term I would stick to kettlebell workout until I found a place with more space.

2:59 worth clicking on the video.

Genuinely you could be doing exactly what they wanted you to about getting your legs in the right place and this would have been the result. This reminds me exactly what happened to me the first time I got a total gym and I'd never seen the thing used and I obtained my second head injury from the thing falling and smacking me in the head.
