If goku and frieza trained for a million years they should easily be beyond outerversal. I mean they are arguably already close to beerus in terms of strength. Especially black frieza and goku is like 40-50 years old. He’d be 1 million years old after training for that long and goku throughout the db series has been getting exponentially stronger otherwise he would never have gone from a powerlvl of 1000 to over million now even way higher than quintillion or whatever he is at now.
