اَللّٰهُمَّ إنّي أسأَلُكَ تَعجيلَ عافِيَتِكَ، و صَبرًا عَلي بَلِيَّتِكَ، و خُروجًا مِّنَ الدُّنۡيَا إِليٰ رَحمَتِكَ
Allahumma inni as'aluka ta'jila 'afiyatik wa sabran ala baliiyatik, wa khurujam min ad-dunya ila rahmatika.
