I LOVE THIS MV SO MUCH! I love how it retells the MMJ main story as if it's some sort of fairytale!

Shizuku is some sort of giant trapped in a big city with helicopters surrounding her. She is constantly being watched by people and looks down because of it, reflecting her troubles with being the center for Cheerful Days (trying really hard to live up to peoples expectations while also dealing with the constant criticism from her group mates).

Airi is trapped inside of a crystal, which shows glimpses of the industry’s perception of her as a variety TV personality (as shown by the Happy Everyday mask), as well as the dream she was forced to give up on; being an idol. She is seen reaching out to the image of herself as an idol, hoping that she can be an idol but knowing that no one sees her as one.

The vines restraining Haruka are a great visual representation of the mental block she faced that made her unable to perform. I don’t know what the characters on the vines say since I don’t know Japanese, but the empty speech bubbles coming from them make me think of Mai’s words to her in the main story and made Haruka feel hurt and guilty.

Minori, in her adorable otter t-shirt, inspires the other three with her hard work and determination. Her climbing all of those stairs could be a show how she never gives up (she failed 51 auditions and still kept going).

The part where Minori reaches out to Haruka mirrors the end main story when Minori performs for Haruka and helps her onstage.

I love how the other members all go to help Minori when she falls, it shows they all have each other’s backs. ALSO, MINORI SPROUTING ANGEL WINGS?! TENSHI NO CLOVER REFERENCE?! OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS MV!

Also, the HaruAi and MinoShizu hearts are so cute! The whole MV is just super bright, light-hearted and dare I say fun. There’s so much personality in every second of this, my Minori and MMJ fan heart is exploding!

ALSO ALSO! That final shot of what I believe is baby Minori in the audience is the cutest thing ever! SHE’S COME SO FAR!

I almost forgot, the song is great, it's so cute! I love it! This whole song has just made me so happy, I'll have to try learning it!

Edit: Here are a few more things I’ve noticed or seen other people bring up that I didn’t mention in my initial word dump of a comment.

Minori remains in her training uniform for most of the song while the other three members are in their movie unit outfits starting from the first chorus. This is showing the gap in experience between her and the others, who have all been idols before.

Minori idolises the other members but due to her insecurities about her skill level (and if we’re going off of event stories, the negative comments from MMJ ‘fans’ which practically affirmed these thoughts), she thinks she’ll drag the other members down. Because of this, the stairs crumble beneath her.

I saw someone’s comment that said that Airi was the first to run in to help Minori because she can relate to her struggles. Of course this relates to people not seeing her as an idol and marketing her differently. However, I also wanted to draw attention to the Parasol Cider event where she said Minori reminds her a lot of herself in the past. While Haruka and Shizuku have a natural shine as idols which draws people to them, Airi felt that no matter how hard she tried, nobody payed attention to her because she lacked that.

Also, towards the end of the song, the stage layout and poses the girls are in line up with previous MMJ songs. I haven’t been able to make out what Haruka and Shizuku’s shared pose is from (maybe I’m thinking too hard and its not from anything), but Airi’s is from Newly Edgy Idols (TSUNDERE GIRL AIRI!), and Minori’s is from Tenshi no Clover.
