Look at how comfortable your hands look compared to QWERTY. They look so relaxed and not tense. It's very clear that this is a more ergonomic layout.

Still though, the way you lift your fingers up indicates you probably should invest in some form of wrist support, to raise your wrists up a bit.

I can type 180wpm on qwerty, but I want to try Dvorak (I learned a bit but gave up because my qwerty dropped to 150) and I’m scared that if I switch to Dvorak again my qwerty will drop again. Should I switch or keep qwerty? (Also, should I try Dvorak or colemak? I don’t have any pain while typing so idrc about that)
