This is by far the best video I have seen explaining the P0441 code. It sounds like my Corolla has the bad valve at the charcoal canister since it is constantly kicking off when I fill up with gas. Thank you for the great video!!

Thank you so much !!! I was able to reset a trac off/ check engine light that I had for months a some monsson floods in vegas. I guess some water got into the canister and messed something up in the system. I did all the steps from the engine all the way to the back of the car and it got cleared...

Im assuming to close the vent valve with the scanner before running the smoke test you have to turn they key. Another way is to then plug the canister exit valve.

I'm dreading getting to the charcoal canister on my RX350.

2001 Tacoma 2.4l and my purge valve solenoid isn't actuating when i unplug the hose that goes to the charcoal canister. Is this normal???

I’ve replaced most of the parts to code PO446. And 6 gas caps, all OEM. And still have a code on and off again. Why doesn’t GMC have a recall on this too many people are having this problem?

Had a po 446 and 451 code changed purge valve solenoid cleared code 3 days later 446 pending current and perm 451 perm, 2009 malibu with 2.4L other fuel symptems car off can on occation smell gas bad at rear of car also when car sits over night have to to turn ign key on for 10 seconds before going to start or it wont start like fuel drained from line back to tank. several issues or no? key problem 8 months old engine light a few weeks now
