whoever is going to buy any bag from anyone has to be very careful. They ship the goods without charging to the customer but there is a hitch here. Their partner company dedicated to deliver the goods may or may not be good. The delivery company may be lazy or whatever the reason to deliver ; i have placed the order and it has been delivered to the local delivery partner in Hyderabad but since 4 days they did not deliver until today Tuesday. Dont know this has happened in my case
