I mostly use blue cash preferred. I eat outside a lot and drive often. I get about $100 to $110 back every month.

I don't know how many credit card videos I've seen so far. I also definitely needed to watch this one. I just don't travel or rent motels. Just need a credit card for gas, groceries and everyday purchases. Heard cash back is the way to go but I keep hearing about points. 😵‍💫🙄

As long as there is a cash out option with a 1:1 ratio, im good. i dont wanna fool with transfer partners, travel portals or complicated redemption options. Just give me cash or statement credit. simple is better for me.

I’m all about the cash back. Even if we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic, I don’t travel. I’ve sometimes gotten enough cash back to pay my statement balance on my monthly bill. Cash back is useful now. I may have to wait a long time before it’s safe to travel or I even want to travel.

I don't travel ever. So I'm strictly team cashback, but for those that do travel I can totally see the value in the big time travel cards. They just don't do anything for me personally. The only card i would ever pay a annual fee for is the BCP because of this. The rest of my cards are zero annual fee cards.

Cash is king, or points worth 1:1 for cash. I do keep a few MR and UR points around for the occasional sale where you can get more than 1:1.

90% of points are never redeemed that is why banks offer more “value” for them..

Not everybody uses points for travel. You could use it for merchandise to. Some of them even offer cash back with the points. But of course travels always better value. I personally have a points card but I don’t really use it for travel. What’s the time and even redeem the points I just accumulate them. I only read them once when I was low on cash.
