I've been trying to get a mending book by fishing and by the librarian he only gives me fortune 2

Hiya Raj, I got like 7 or 8 Villagers and 3 or 4 have good enchants but no medding or Silk, Fishing is not working for me in Bedrock. So if I take all the Tables and just restart Will that fix my odds?

so I just had about 12 different librarians all with the enchants i wanted, i traded all of them for 1 book each to lock them in, then the next day all of a sudden about half of them hav totally different enchant trades now, this is in java 1.16.5....never seen this happen before but i keep losing my trades for unbreaking 3, sharpness 5 and a few other max ones after locking them in

I've rolled over 1, 200 trades, and still I have never gotten Power V!!!!
