I think there would have been less damages if there were less boats. If there could be some type of boat storage for times like these that would be a great Idea. But just to anchor a boat is not enough to secure them in a storm.

Lesson learned move all people and cars and boats before the hurricane hits they had days and days. And it was a mandatory eveacuation zone
