Yes, this was the song that catapulted her into the general public and made them consider her as a real singer as opposed to just an idol and even made the public take notice of snsd as having "singing" potential. She even won a 'real' award for this before snsd ever did and even until now this song is in the top 100 ost ranking in melon.

Yeah this was the first solo song Taeyeon did 😍😍 and i remember back then when I first heard it i was fascinated and i am still until now, i still listen to Taeyeon's if Everytime I am in the mood for a sad ballad or just to chill and relax
For the begin again performance 😊 we all know Taeyeon is the master of live performances so it's not surprising she pulled that amazing performance in front of those people

The song that marked Taeyeon as a real artist in SKOR by KNETZ and it's so funny that it's just a year of her DEBUT. What "idol" can managed to do that? Even IU, one of the most respected artist nowadays, despite getting popular in her album "Growing Up", only managed to become critically acclaimed later on in "Last Fantasy".
