On this channel we like to do a lot of dogfighting most videos are some sort of dogfight between 2 different aircraft as we explore their different capabilities. From time to time I like to dabble in Virtual Reality, I think VR is a great new technology and I love to show that stuff off for the channel from time to time.

If you enjoy war thunder or Microsoft flight simulator 2020 or even dogfighting in Battlefield 2042, consider getting yourself into Digital Combat Simulator by Eagle Dynamics, the Combat side of Aviation with the BVR and Dogfights really provides a different and interesting perspective on aviation. You can fly all kinds of combat aircraft including the F-16, F-15, F-14, JF-17, Su-27, Mig-29, Mirage and the F-18 Hornet along with many other aircraft and helicopters like the Ka-50 and Mi-8.

CLASSIC bunch of planes. Some of my faves in IL-2! The Hurricane is actually a really good turn fighter, almost better (but slower) than the Spitfire.

I will say, I like the attention to detail on the aircraft. Like the exhaust flares from the 109 engine cowl. Such a nice touch to add to the realism. Again thanks for a fun video. Also, I don't know if this game or DCS has the planes and mission but I'd love to see a recreation of the attack on Adm. Yamamoto's "morale" tour of forward bases near Rabaul by P-38s.

I never see anyone using the 109 slats properly.There is a whole webpage of Norwegian 109 pilot telling how to use them from real life experience.

I use to cross control the 109 which worked great in turn fights. I believe that tactic got the very best from the slats.

The Norwegian pilot advised pulling a turn in the 109 till just before a stall and then let up a bit. Then pull hard again.

If you remove the headrest hood you get better rear visibility it helps…
