So pal dvd's ran quicker and the sound has a higher pitch, pal games ran slower and that changed it to a lower pitch? Kind of sounds like it on that Sonic game.

i prefer NTCS cuz i hate slowdowns. when it comes to age rating, i prefer PAL cuz 18+ is understandable than just M, do you think parents that buys video games for children back then knows what M stands for?

for ps2 I'm not sure what I was using I think it was pal but in my crt tv for tv channels It was pal by default when I changed to ntsc the color and image becomes worse for my eyes I'm not sure why but I like pal more
