Why does this weirdly fit, also at first I thought it was more of a random sound effects meme when it first started before reading the title and realizing the later sound effects.

Oddly enough, while you'd think this edit'd make such an already horrifying backstory less distressing it actually somehow makes it even more uncomfortably cold and sterile with this audio?? Something about the melodic drones paired with the mechanical noise really accentuates the atmosphere and edges out the inherent goofiness of the vocal grunts in a way.

0:56 This voice especially kind of gives Wagstaff's actions a pretty haunting quality ngl... I haven't played Half Life, but that would be a pretty chilling voice for him to have canon-wise. So levelled and unbetraying. God, this vid is suprisingly well done, huh.

Unfortunately this master piece lacks of the HEV suit sfx. Otherwise it's just so cursed and funny
