To be honest as a marvel fan who has watched everything i would enjoy whatever they put on screen but on a story telling point of view it was too easy. I mean its the multiverse and there is so many possibilities, but on the screen it almost felt like super easy barely an inconvenience. This movie is all about wanda and the visuals..

The movie altogether was heavily rushed in my opinion. It could have used another 20-25 minutes and in that case the end result would've been a lot more better. It would be remembered as a unique movie but not much as a superhero/horror movie. The positive takeaway from this though is that Marvel is now trying harder to push the limits with the PG-13 rating and we would be thanking MoM and Moon Knight for it.

Elizabeth Olsen stole the show for me, she is such an incredible actress. They way she delivered almost every dialogue was lovely. One of the best acting performances in the mcu.

Elizabeth Olsen has truly embodied the role of Wanda/Scarlet Witch in the MCU. She had this hidden beast of a performer within her which she was able to let out through WandaVision and she continues to excel even in this movie. Lizzie is just phenomenal. She is cute but her Scarlet Witch roles recently had been terrifying.

Letting go of Scott was a bummer for me too. I absolutely loved his vision and what he did in the original Dr. Strange.

I think the story was extremely straightforward. Someone rightly said that it wasn't Dr. Strange 2 but Wandavision season finale. Although the mid credit brings in a ton of possibilities, end credit was a total time waste.

Scott derikson wanted a doctor strange solo movie with the villain nightmare which focuses on character development of strange and is very dark but Kevin feige wanted to set up a secret wars storyline instead and thus here we are watching the multiverse of madness.

I have to say... Elisabeth Olsen's acting was the best thing. Almost every dialogue of hers gave me goosebumps.

I felt this film will show the fractured multiverse that happened in Spiderman no way home. But, this ended up as episode #10 and #11 for Wanda Vision, which is too small a scope for such a large concept.
This movie has set up so many stuff, but this shouldn't be a setup movie. They can easily add an episode or two in What If to do a setup.

As an MCU fan, I had an absolute ball watching the film. Most of the films we see in their set these days, dwell on a set formula; and MOM was something that was actually quite out of the box. The jump scares got me, the cameos made me shriek and like I said; it was a ball. Unpopular opinion; I found the story to be better than the one we saw in No Way Home.

The pg-13 and joke inclusion can cost marvel in long run.... They should allow directors to move with their orginal vision🌚

One complaint I have of MCU in general is that their script tends to be bit weak and formulaic.
But gotta say Raimi surely improved on many aspects.

Those who says that wanda is overpowered haven’t read comics. Scarlet witch and Phoenix force are the two most powerful characters. Witch even motivated by several motions is even too powerful.

The selling point of this movie for me is Sam Raimi [Director of the OG Spiderman]. However, more than being a director's movie, it is a Marvel movie which means it has a lot of limitations

Marvel is now focussing on the multiverse especially with Loki, No way home, MoM and with more shows/films to come...
We would probably soon get a Secret War movie that would showcase the multiversal heroes in the single frame

As someone who walked into the film with 0 expectations and didn’t pay attention to the trailers, I actually ending up loving the film. Also, I never felt the cameos were “wasted”. Instead, I took it as oh ok of X character dies then it doesn’t totally matter for the cannon since there aren’t from earth 616, which is cannon. There have been tons of comics were wacky ass deaths have occurred to characters like Spider-Man. However, it shouldn’t be a case for vitriol since it’s not germane to the actual continuity. That being said, I felt this film was fearless, the type of gory violence they occurred honestly made me baffled it wasn’t rated R. We had peoples heads exploding for fucks sake 😂😂. Overall, I actually ended up loving it, shame not everyone was able to enjoyed it.

I loved the movie. The only complaint I have with this movie is the power levels and the lack of stakes for characters in the other universes. Like how Wanda single-handedly destroyed both the Kamar-Taj and the Illuminati. They made her too overpowered.

MCU is just losing the idea of grounded and self contained stories that worked magic in phase 1 and 2. In turn that made Infinity War and Endgame such big world ending events. And then comes the shared universe concept, no one coming out to aid Peter after he lost his aunt during no way home, Eternals' world ending event not attracting any of the Avengers, and none showing up here to help Wanda, Hawkeye and others are more emotionally connected to her. The idea of shared universe shouldn't be restricted to just Wong showing up

Finally someone who share the same view. I've been an MCU fan since its inception but this movie was visually stunning but story and character wise, it's little underwhelming.

I LOVE that they adapted the comics but did it in their own way and wasn't just plain, page to live action....I hope they follow the Young Avengers comics frm here on that way they can seamlessly bring in Dr. Doom, Wiccan & Speed and maybe even the mutants
and ooh the first end credits was just too good, the implications of that scene could be so huge
