At Sempra Energy, diversity drives performance. More than 400 Sempra Energy employees attended the company’s 7th annual Diversity & Inclusion Summit on August 16, 2019. Employees heard from guest speakers, collaborated, and attended workshops that encouraged attendees to be more open and more aware of the impact each person can have on another.
