i’m gonna be trying this workout. my goal is to do 2 sets each day!

day 1, set 1: i had to stop halfway because my legs gave up on me 😭 i felt the burn and will be doing this again tomorrow.

These exercises are amazing. These are knee friendly, raise your heart rate and at the same time teaches you coordination and balance. Thanks for adding the instructions too. I combine these with my aerobic exercises or strength training sometimes. Sometimes I only do these. If at 72 I can do it any body else can too. Love your channel. To be safe did not try the shuffle hops.

Nice! Broke a sweat! Make it more challenging: Add light weights and increase as you get stronger. Instead of a 15-second rest I just take a 10-second rest or less. I continue to work out until that time shows up on the timer. Do it all again!! ❤❤❤
