After seeing the Monster in his second fight against Donaire I realized he had taken a step up to a point where he would have no problem with Stephen Fulton. I could tell he was truly a top five boxer in the world before that fight even happened. I was completely not surprised by the result. I think a lot of people didn't see his second fight with Donaire and just didn't realize how good he had become.😊

Naoya didn’t just break Fulton down he outboxed him then knocked him out. This is what makes it an amazing performance

what a couple weeks of boxing this was. this and bud-spence were 50/50s going in, and both ended up being immaculate masterclasses. crazy. divisive opinions going in; decisive result coming out. when inoue managed to counter fultons counter to his own body jab with lead hook like WHAT, so so fire. great video man.

I wasn’t surprised that he won, even knocked him out. But I was surprised that he outboxed him. He basically won in every facet

5:05 still such an impressive sequence! I never get over how Fulton thinks he finally has a coutner waiting for the stab jab and then Inoue evades Fulton's shot and counters the counter with that left. Such a beautiful sequence

Bro one thing about Inoue....he learns from the best
1 Canelo Alvarez body short left hook..not traditional hook more like shovel hook
2 GGG use a stepup to knock out is Southpaw opponent in his final or semi final of European or olympic championship (I don't remember exactly)
3.percise jab to solerplexise like Floyd
4.inside fighting head position like Duran
5 pendelum step back like bivol, usyk
And many more examples are there like that
Like if you don't even look closely you can tell it's similar (i mean so similar) it's already a video release by toprank Instagram where they show clip side to side of Canelo and Inoue boxing so similar specially Power punching and finishing sequence
Idk the name of the boxers but he was a Southpaw where Inoue knocked him down with basic 1-2 from inside foot angle similar to ggg one(i mean exactly the same gave pattern break with the jab then hard cross)
I mean the more i watch Inoue the more i see this similarity with legend which shows my Inoue is so great
This knockdown again Fulton is similar to how Shane Mosley setup and hurt Mayweather ✅

Inoue is hard to beat. He is a complete fighter and has a destructive power. I think the only way for him to be challenged is by continuing to move up weight class.

Great tactical breakdown. Explaining the use of the body jab and how it led to the knockout in the end. Not too many channels actually give an explanation of how the conditioning of the opponents leads to a KO.

I was watching one of inoue's fights, and my wife said it's weird seeing an asian guy boxing. I told her that's the best boxer in the world.

I think this was the best version of Inoue. He was just so fast and so twitchy in this fight.

Great point on the body Jab. He 100% set up the knockout from the 1st round. But people that don't box have no idea how hard it is to constantly land that body Jab without getting countered. You must have great speed and mix it up enough where your opponent can't land his right hand. Crazy impressive. Floyd literally destroyed Corrales with his lead hand. Body jabbed him so much it brought Chico's guard down and Floyd started catching him with the left hook. Masters at work

i knew felton would get whopped when he started to say Inoue only had power... Inoue has power, but he has also everything else.

I was on a treadmill at 6 Am watching this fight. I still can’t believe how good Inoue really is. Fulton is no joke ‘

No shame for Fulton. A special boxer beat him. When you’re much better the opponent will be lost and have no ideas

If Inoue vs Tapales is officially released later this year, will we see you cover it as well? Great analysis btw

Not a lot of people will notice it but his footwork is exceptional and he is probably one of the best boxers to cut the ring off and walk someone down.

Early in the match he was very aware of Fulton stepping on his toes when he signals it to the ref and he never over-commits when he walks someone down because it's not common to see him get into clinches.

Meanwhile, his brother Takuma uses the philly shell a lot and loves to tie up his arms and clinch when he's on the ropes.

Fulton simply didn't know how to deal with a slick Asian boxer.
