Part 1: turning my office into a baby nursery

We once had 1 kid and a that was turned into a homeschooling then 9 years later baby number 2 came along and we moved the homeschooling room to the front room. I'd forgotten just how many books we owned after all those years lol. 😂

It's a smart room! I had to watch a couple of times to realize it's really just a neutral room with pink stuff in it which means whatever you do for your son will work just fine. Neutrals are most versatile for the bones of any room!

I love you office and I wanted to offer you a tiny bit of advice that you absolutely don’t need to listen to. Newborn babies don’t need their own space what so ever. There’s so much made and marketed to them and they just don’t need it. Your baby is safest sleeping in your room with you and you’ll sleep better with them near by too. It’s so exciting to have your first and all the cute little things but you don’t have to get rid of your things in the process.

I'd have just put a crib in there and added some decorations around that considering you're moving within the year anyway. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That’s the most fun part of having a boy. We are still drawing out his walls. So we have dinosaur theme going and I wanted to take him room and draw it out to make it look like you are walking into a prehistoric jungle

You could leave the desk and put like a pillow on top of it creating a diaper changing area in the shells on the desk you can put the diapers and wipes
