I remember when I saw the first one over 30 years ago, the most terrifying scenes were when somebody was alone in a dark room, and then suddenly you start hearing Michael breathing heavily under his mask, but he's nowhere to be seen. That shit gave me nightmares for years.

The Rob Zombie reboots were great, especially due to Tyler Mane making the character as this 6'8 giant with demonic strength. Then came the 2018 flick which had a great storyline. Michael Myers doesn't deserve to be sent off in such fashion like Halloween Ends.

Halloween 6 had the best portrayal of Michael in the og continuity, extremely brutal and unforgiving. and the mask in that movie is the scariest mask out of all of them in my opinion. h6 is underrated
