I dismantle a large watermelon and discuss the benefits of eating this juicy fruit as well as the benefits of eating mono meals.

Sure, it's not really a recipe, but the intent is to show that you can be a raw vegan and not spend hours preparing meals, dehydrating and sourcing ingredients you've never heard of. How about just cutting up a watermelon? Yep, it's that easy.

Eating one type of juicy fruit for the first meal of the day is hydrating, nourishing and clean. Eating half of a large watermelon or a whole small melon when I eat mono meals.

Great video. I am thinking about eating more raw foods, maybe a raw til 4 type thing. I hate to give up my morning oatmeal lol! Congrats on your 50km trail run. That's awesome and I hope I can do something like that myself someday. I do spartan races and tough mudders, this will be my first year doing them as a vegan and I'm a little bit worried about bonking but not too worried. ☺
