Recorded on: 16 April 2019

Type: Electric Multiple Unit (EMU)
Train: Kawasaki Heavy Industries
CRRC Qingdao Sifang - C151B 633/634 [Departing]
Tokyu Car Corporation - C151 127/128 [Arriving]
Stretch: NS3 Bukit Gombak
Destination: Marina South Pier

Would 1 minute kill you, if your train is a C151B, yet it is a crowded one? Would it also kill you, if the back train of C151B is a C151 straight, that is slightly less crowded than the C151B one?

The answer to me is simply a straight No. I would rather waste another minute to take a good quality train (if it deemed possible) that is native to this line and that is for me to treasure, since it does not have so much time left on the track. Retiring trains like C151, is now a priority task for me.

Tell me your views here. Let me see what does the crowded C151B makes you, when you take the NSL daily.

I mean, if I was already late for something important like an appointment I would board the c151b, but if I had the luxury of time of course I’ll wait for the og train

When I get a c151b on NSL, I probably rage and get mad.
My best reaction will be that I will no longer record NSL but EWL

nsl trains towards je come in "batches" of 2 in the early morning (one for platform a and the next one for platform d) but the second train in each "batch" is most of the time an empty c151b/c
if there is an app that can tell you the next trainset, i will reconsider :)
