Stanley is the only lodger in a small boarding house at the English seaside. He is a man with a secret. When two mysterious and menacing strangers arrive everyone's lives are changed. This classic of British theater is Pinter’s first full length play and is one of the most performed. Combining realism and absurdism, humor and menace, this play remains as powerful as it did when first performed in 1958.
