I worked security for this company in Marcy NY. Job seekers stay away. Most unprofessional work environment I've ever been in and I did four years in the Marine Corp. They lied to us about our starting pay, we were left to do own own onboarding, there was no kidding absolutely no training at all, they messed up our paychecks for almost nine months, if you ever needed help with anything payroll or HR related there was no one to talk to they just told you to "put in a ticket" and then the ticket would disappear and no one would ever circle back. Our manager would use threats as a motivational tool. He threatened to terminate staff for not following procedures that either did not exist or that we didn't have access to. Worst job and worst management I ever had. I'm a crane operator for another company now and am much happier but when I left I was like the 8th security officer to resign and they never even wanted a exit interview, didn't care or wonder at all about why so many people were quitting.
