fyi you have a chance to trigger the follow up every time you do a skill and when you trigger you'll get a buff that makes you launch a follow up on the next basic

Follow up chance is 26 % fixed. => Odds are pretty low. So it is better to not rely upon it actually landing.

I'm done with mono quantum, it was fun while i didn’t have Ruan Mei, but now i have her i prefer break team and i also prefer DHIL instead, QQ is pretty RNG and SP negative, is a shame because i have her E6 since i kinda start 1.2 and it was such achivement for me, plus thanks to her i beat swarm quickly…is sad but i'm done with her silly RNG xD
