P equal to zero bhi to le sakte hai sir usme non zero digit to nhi bola hai

I have a doubt.. answer is given as tt0 and p, q, r and t all should be different no. by logic.. but p is 1, t is also 1 (110) in the first three cases as you have written..and hence should not be counted.😅 And therefor only FOUR values of P and Q are possible otherwise T is also holding the same no.
