File is not commonly downloaded and could be dangerous Chrome Warning

I am downloading open source browser based games in the zip file format. Instantly, chrome downloads displaying the warning 'File name' is not commonly downloaded and could be dangerous'.
Recommended: Discard the file and keep your computer more secured. Such warning indicates the file might contains virus files or .bat files. Even Windows batch files might contains malware. So don't download such files if the chrome show you warning.

I have made my own programs using C# that just make a text file and says "Hello world". Most of the time it's not dangerous at all.

This message appears when a downloaded file does not have a digital signature. That's it. It does not mean that there is anything wrong with the file.
