Anaria’s third official studio album, “Holding Cell” is a hard rock album which explores themes of isolation, breaking out of one’s own mind prison, and forging towards self-acceptance. The title track, "Holding Cell" is about breaking free of the expectations placed upon us by society and the self. Ultimately, the song is about acknowledging but letting go of the past which keeps us from making progress towards our futures. The music video, filmed in-house, features the Three Fates from ancient religion and mythology as they spin the tapestry which binds together the cycle of birth, life, and death.
