The Inspiring Truth of Hospice Care and ACLS Heart Code

The volunteers of CNS Home Health and Hospice in Carol Stream, Illinois selflessly change hundreds of lives everyday simply driven by the goodness of life, similar to the motives of Dr. Karl "Fritz" Disque of The Disque Foundation. The volunteers invited Fritz to speak and discuss pertinent issues and topics about their practice, such as congestive heart failure. Fritz presented Life Simple 7 and ACLS Heart Code for CHF and End of Life Heart Disease, and left motivated by their incomparable passion for bettering the lives of very ill patients, often on their last few weeks of life.
