Its not a response, it was a negotiation, just to clarify. This is only at least the 20th ceasefire proposal Hamas has submitted, and/or negotiated with Qatar.
I don't see it happening, despite hamas constantly bending....as is clearly shown in several ceasefire proposals put forth, but blink head above insists US will only support a 6 week ceasefire (unacceptable), so they will not push Israel to accept this. Irregardless Israel won't accept anyway. Its a given in the political world the war cab is 100% pro war, and will never agree to anything that interrupts that. That they couldn't care less about hostages is not even laughable its so obvious for 7 months.
