Merileona has No Heat Feats aside from Showing to Be above Lava and Her Brother's Blue Sol Linea Flames. That's only >3, 000°C at Best. Natsu in Base has Fire so Hot, it makes a Nuclear Reactor look like a Candle Flame in Comparison. And this Reactor (Basically Magnetic Confinment Fusion), is over 10x Hotter then the Sun's Core, or >200, 000, 000°C. And Erza Tanked a Punch from A Bloodlusted END Natsu, while also Tanking a Punch From a Bloodlusted Demon Slayer Form Gray. Both of them were Emotion Amped, She was in her Clear Heart Clothing which gives her No Special Resistances, She was Arguably Depression Nerfed cause Makarov Died in Front of her a Few Moments Earlier, and all it did was Damage Her Arm a Little. It didn't even Hurt her, she Was Using Her arms like 5 Minutes Later to Fight Irene. So, How is this a Debate?
