Yeah I saw the infinite warcry power node and went, I guess I am making a slammer chieftain.. also with the return of penance brand I might even get to try the explody man.

I just loaded up the new tree and feel like some maths, coffee and frustration.

all these buffs affect allies too, a warcry based minion build would go so hard into being a "chieftain" lol.

I think there's potential in using the eternal apple and socketing seismic cry and abyssal cry. You could then use enduring cry and some passive endurance charge generation to trigger the warcries at full power. The Mob Mentality notable (cluster jewels) comes to mind.

Just a comment on the war cry buff effect and the enduring cry regen. I was doing some testing (on POB) and it seems that the buff effect is applied to the 2% before it is multiplied by power. With the way poe rounding down works it seems you need 50% buff effect to push enduring cry to the next break point....not sure if its intended or not but that is the way it shows up on POB atm.

I saw the new league video the other day, with the massive melee rebalancing etc and all I could think about was the insane builds youll be making haha

Chieftain stood out to me as well as a warcry fan. Probably gonna league start General's Cry and leave room open to play around with all the different warcry stuff.
Plus Rage and Valour generation on cries for a mastery each, yes please. I just hope the wording of "Enemy power" isn't there to forestall that free Rage generation.
