PDP-8/e Serial board testing - Echo test

After repairing the KL8E (M8650) card, the serial card now seems to output fine. In this video, I have a simple program to read the front panel SWITCH register and output the value to the serial port. Although not seen in the video, I am changing the switches on the front panel and looping through.
