12:35 The issue with the power to stop time is that it does not include the power to start time. So while you quit stop time, you would just be in a world where time doesn't exist anymore. And since time is stopped it also means that you can't do anything because to do anything would mean that you are in time which means that you didn't stop your own time and so the second you activated your power you would also not experience any time anymore and therefore would never do anything ever again. Everything in the universe would just be still including yourself.
