If I was reedemable villain who has just recently being a villain, then I can stay in the DC universe. As long as I live in the city with the LEAST amount of crime and / or doesn't get destroyed every ten seconds.

Being a normal citizen in DC/Marvel world is like a hell, don't you think? Just chilling in your room then BOOM you die, a gigantic godlike monster is destroying your beloved city and. Walking down an ordinary hallway, BOOM you get Vanomized.

Yes to all three. Become a Flash Villain who's clearly just in it for the kicks and outright commentate on Flash solving your elaborate 'death traps'. Even odds you'll get full on Christmas and birthday presents from the man. Nutella is easy to give up and there are SO MANY games where you don't die in them.
