if you add models from other people make sure they don't have scripts since some of them have back doors.

to fix your bug, move the teleport part up by half a player. You see, the part that determines the character's position is in the middle, so it should be around half the player height.

if you want to fix your glitch, what I would try is making a new part directly under the map, and scaling it up big. oh and don't forget to make it invisible!
